ABOUT OUR SCHOOL
Our Community Preschool is part of the Christ Community Church. We are located at 3644 Warners Road, Syracuse, NY 13209.
All children are welcome. Our school rooms are bright, colorful and in a comfortable environment. There is a big gym, and lots of room to play and learn.
Our PreK classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings (9:00 - 11:30am) and Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons (12:30 - 3:00pm).
Our 3 year old classes are Tuesday and Thursday mornings (9:00 - 11:30am) and Tuesday and Thursday afternoons (12:30 - 3:00pm).
CIRCLE TIME
Laughter, learning and fun are important elements in a child's world. At Our Community Preschool, we believe these are extremely important factors of a quality early learning education program. We believe that while the children are laughing and having fun, they are also learning by enhancing their physical, social, emotional skills and growing their communication and intellectual skills.
Arts and Crafts
Preschool is a time for young children to learn and develop artistic fundamentals. Art activities are engaging for preschoolers because they are an opportunity for hands-on creation, which is how children retain information most effectively and efficiently at this age. Motor skills and eye-hand coordination skills are also developed through preschool art activities.

Our Community Preschool makes that decision easier for you by providing a positive and enjoyable experience for both you and your child in an atmosphere which provides the love, comfort, safety and happiness that children need to thrive. Our teachers are dedicated, trained professionals with many years of teaching experience.
Our Mission
Our mission is to foster a joy of learning and discovery that will serve a child over a lifetime. Our preschool staff understand that children respond best to teachers who instruct with love and kindness. The teachers are experienced and trained to educate in this nurturing fashion. Our goal is to help the children interact and get along socially with their peers, to help develop strong, good self-concepts which will hold well into elementary school years. We help the children to develop language, pre-reading, pre-math and problem-solving skills. As we take advantage of teachable moments that happen every day, our students move from focus on self to a focus on others. Most importantly, we want our students to love learning and know that they are loved by God.
